Free coaching call

Thirty minutes on your tech headaches. Free, and not a sales call.

Bring your website, the tools you use, and the thing that annoys you most. I bring ten years of fixing exactly that. You leave with three specific things to do, in order, whether or not you ever hire me.

No prep beyond a quick list. No slides. No follow-up sequence.

How it goes

Before

Tell me what you're using.

When you book, there's one question on the form: what are you using to run your business, and what's the most annoying thing about it. Two minutes. Don't tidy it up.

During

Thirty minutes on a call.

I'll ask how people find you, how you deliver, and how you get paid. Then we'll look at your setup together, and I'll tell you the three things I'd fix first, roughly what each one takes, and which you could do yourself.

After

A one-page summary, within two days.

What we found, the three fixes in order, and an honest line about whether it makes sense to work together. What you do with it is up to you.

Who it's for

Any coach with a tech headache, big or small.

You have paying clients, a website, and a handful of tools. Something is already breaking, or already eating your evenings. That's the sweet spot. If you're just starting out and still choosing tools, book it anyway and I'll help you avoid the expensive mistakes.

It's for coaches of every kind and for small education businesses: tutoring companies, training providers, course creators, certification programs. If you teach paying clients and you're too small for a tech department, this is for you.

What it isn't

It isn't a pitch.

About half of these calls end with me saying you don't need me yet, and here's what to do yourself. That's fine. You'll remember who told you. The other half end with a written quote, and the quote is the price.

Your contingency plan

If your website went down at 2am on a Saturday, how long until it's back up?

Every hour offline means missed leads and ad spend going to a broken page. I keep your site from going down in the first place, and monthly clients get my emergency number for the times something breaks anyway, nights and weekends included.
